(1) The Director of Agriculture may adopt rules for the administration and enforcement of ORS § 576.780 to 576.809.

(2) The director may make mediation services available through the State Department of Agriculture for the resolution of seed production contract disputes and seed purchase contract disputes. [2018 c.26 § 10]
