Nothing in ORS § 746.620, 746.630 or 746.665 may be construed to modify, limit or supersede the operation of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) and no inference may be drawn on the basis of ORS § 746.620, 746.630 or 746.665 regarding whether personal information is transaction information or experience information under section 603 of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.).
