If the owner of the property sold, or the legal representative of the owner, furnishes satisfactory evidence to the treasurer of ownership of the property deposited in the county treasury pursuant to ORS § 98.190, the owner shall be entitled to receive from the treasurer the amount deposited with the treasurer. [Amended by 1957 c.670 § 30]
