The United States grades for potatoes as promulgated by the United States Department of Agriculture are made the official grades for purposes of this chapter.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 21-19-3
- grades: means the standards for potatoes established by the United States Department of Agriculture and promulgated by the director of environmental management as the official grades of potatoes for Rhode Island under the authority of § 21-20-5. See Rhode Island General Laws 21-19-1
