Any person, firm, corporation, or municipality who violates any of the provisions of § 24-8-32 — § 24-8-34 may be enjoined upon a complaint filed by the director in superior court.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 24-8-37

Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
person: may be construed to extend to and include co-partnerships and bodies corporate and politic. See Rhode Island General Laws 43-3-6
