In case any such debtor shall neglect or refuse within a reasonable time to comply with his oath as set out in § 15-17-440 and the provisions of §§ 15-17-450 and 15-17-460 the judge of the court, upon application upon oath of the assignee or assignees, may again remand the debtor to prison, unless good cause shall be shown by him to the contrary, until he shall fully comply with the terms of his oath and those sections.
