- Board: means the South Carolina Environmental Certification Board. See South Carolina Code 40-23-20
The board shall conduct election of officers and board meetings as provided by § 40-1-60. The board may adopt rules governing its proceedings and internal operations and may promulgate regulations and adopt standards as necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
