Terms Used In South Carolina Code 40-68-20
- Department: means the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs. See South Carolina Code 40-68-10
- Licensee: means a person licensed under this chapter as a professional employer organization to provide professional employer services. See South Carolina Code 40-68-10
The department shall adopt regulations necessary to administer this chapter. Regulations must be adopted in compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act. A licensee is governed and controlled by this chapter and the regulations adopted by the department.
