  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
At any hearing or other proceeding authorized by § 46-3-190, the Commissioner shall have power to administer oaths; to take testimony; to issue subpoenas and compel the attendance of witnesses, which shall be served in the same manner as subpoenas issued by the court of common pleas of the State; and to order the taking of depositions in the same manner as depositions are taken in the court of common pleas.
