Terms Used In South Carolina Code 5-3-115
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any real property which is or has been included within a multicounty park under § 4-1-170 and title to which is held by the State of South Carolina, may be annexed only upon approval by the State Fiscal Accountability Authority.
