The Water Management Board shall reconsider its establishment of water marks upon request, if the request is made within a period of sixty days following the publication of the order establishing the water marks, and if additional pertinent information or data is made available to the board in the request. The decision on the establishment of water marks by the board, including those resulting from any reconsideration request, is final unless an appeal is made to the courts as provided by law.
