(a) After the team members have had a reasonable time to review the draft agreement and the applicant‘s presentation, but not more than four (4) weeks, the team leader shall call a second meeting. At this meeting the team shall complete the agreement of responsibility. When completed it shall be signed by the team members.

  • Applicant: means any person planning or proposing a project which has been designated a major energy project. See Tennessee Code 13-18-102
  • signed: includes a mark, the name being written near the mark and witnessed, or any other symbol or methodology executed or adopted by a party with intention to authenticate a writing or record, regardless of being witnessed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
  • team: means a coordinating group organized to conduct the joint review process on a major energy project. See Tennessee Code 13-18-102
  • Team leader: means the state or local lead agency which is selected by the joint review team to lead the team and coordinate and supervise the joint review process. See Tennessee Code 13-18-102
(b) Notice of this meeting shall be given in accordance with § 13-18-107.
