Terms Used In Tennessee Code 13-18-127
- Contact agency: means the department of economic and community development. See Tennessee Code 13-18-102
- team: means a coordinating group organized to conduct the joint review process on a major energy project. See Tennessee Code 13-18-102
- Team leader: means the state or local lead agency which is selected by the joint review team to lead the team and coordinate and supervise the joint review process. See Tennessee Code 13-18-102
The contact agency or joint review team or team leader is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. Rules and regulations procedural in nature only shall not be subject to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Any other rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act.
