Tennessee Code 56-1-103 – Adoption of data disclosure requirements – Requests for data concerning rate adjustments

(a) The commissioner shall adopt data disclosure requirements developed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners for Property and Casualty Insurors.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 56-1-103

Commissioner: means the commissioner of commerce and insurance. See Tennessee Code 56-1-102
Property: includes both personal and real property. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105

(b) The commissioner is authorized to request other data that the commissioner deems necessary in considering requests for rate adjustments.
