Tennessee Code 62-27-112 – Fees – Rules and regulations

(a) The commissioner shall issue rules and regulations to prescribe all fees necessary to administer this chapter.

Commissioner: means the commissioner of commerce and insurance. See Tennessee Code 62-27-102

(b) The fees required by this chapter may be paid by the governmental agency employing the examiner.
