Terms Used In Tennessee Code 7-51-1112
- Board: means the adult-oriented establishment board, or, if there is in existence in the county a massage registration board appointed by the county mayor, such board may be substituted for the board. See Tennessee Code 7-51-1102
The public portion of all adult-oriented establishments shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times by the applicable sheriff’s department or such other persons as the board may designate.
