Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 12A.005
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
The department shall perform the duties of a licensing authority under Chapter 53, Occupations Code, for each license issued by the department under this code or other law, including issuing guidelines under § 53.025, Occupations Code.
