Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 301.201
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who violates this chapter is subject to Subchapters F and G, Chapter 51, Occupations Code, in the same manner as a person regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation under other law is subject to those subchapters.
