- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
The Texas Agricultural Experiment Station may solicit and accept gifts and grants from any public or private source, in addition to other appropriations. The use of gifts and grants is subject to any limitations contained in the gift or grant.
