- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- United States: includes a department, bureau, or other agency of the United States of America. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Except in an action arising under the constitution or laws of the United States, a public servant is not personally liable for property damages caused by a computer date failure as described by Section 147.003.
