- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
It is no defense to prosecution under this code that a person who receives an official ballot is ineligible to vote in the election for which the ballot is received.
