Terms Used In Texas Election Code 254.1212
- Statewide office: means an office of the federal or state government that is voted on statewide. See Texas Election Code 1.005
In addition to the contents required by Sections 254.031 and 254.121, each report by a specific-purpose committee for supporting or opposing a candidate for or assisting a holder of a statewide office in the executive branch or a legislative office must include the contents prescribed by § 254.0612.
