Terms Used In Texas Estates Code 1355.052
- Court: means and includes:
(1) a county court in the exercise of its probate jurisdiction;
(2) a court created by statute and authorized to exercise original probate jurisdiction; and
(3) a district court exercising original probate jurisdiction in a contested matter. See Texas Estates Code 22.007 - Written: includes any representation of words, letters, symbols, or figures. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Not later than March 1 of each year, the court clerk shall make a written report to the court of the status of an investment made by the county clerk under § 1355.051. The report must contain:
(1) the amount of the original investment or the value of the investment at the last annual report, whichever is later;
(2) any increase, dividend, or income from the investment since the last annual report;
(3) the total amount of the investment and all increases, dividends, or income at the date of the report; and
(4) the name of the depository or the type of investment.
