- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
In any action brought to enforce the collection of warrants issued under this subchapter that have been approved by the attorney general and registered by the comptroller, the certificate of the attorney general or a certified copy of the certificate shall be admitted as evidence of the validity of the warrants and the coupons attached to the warrants.
