Terms Used In Texas Government Code 1506.001
- Population: means the population shown by the most recent federal decennial census. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This Subchapter applies only to a home-rule municipality that:
(1) has a population of less than 60,000; and
(2) on January 1, 1949, owned and operated a public parking lot.
