Terms Used In Texas Government Code 2116.026
- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The comptroller shall submit to the governor and the legislature a report on the status, condition, operations, and prospects for the depository and depository participation each year not later than September 30.
