(a) A vendor listed on a contract for a schedule developed under this subchapter shall report its sales to the comptroller in the manner prescribed by the comptroller.
(b) The comptroller shall compile the information reported under Subsection (a) and include the information in its report under § 2101.011.

- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
