Terms Used In Texas Government Code 2165.351
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
In this subchapter:
(1) “Partnership Advisory Commission” means the Partnership Advisory Commission created by Chapter 2268.
(2) “Qualifying project” has the meaning assigned by § 2267.001, as added by Chapter 1334 (S.B. 1048), Acts of the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session, 2011.
