(a) The department shall require the owner of each housing development that receives financial assistance from the department and that contains 20 or more living units to submit an annual fair housing sponsor report. The report must include the relevant information necessary for the analysis required by § 2306.072(c)(6). In compiling the information for the report, the owner of each housing development shall use data current as of January 1 of the reporting year.
(b) The department shall adopt rules regarding the procedure for filing the report.

(c) The department shall maintain the reports in electronic and hard-copy formats readily available to the public at no cost.
(d) A housing sponsor who fails to file a report in a timely manner is subject to the following sanctions, as determined by the department:
(1) denial of a request for additional funding; or
(2) an administrative penalty in an amount not to exceed $1,000, assessed in the manner provided for an administrative penalty under § 2306.6023.
