In this subchapter, “federally subsidized” means receiving financial assistance through a federal program administered by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development or the Secretary of Agriculture under which housing assistance is provided on the basis of income, including a program under:
(1) Section 221(d), National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. § 1715l(d));
(2) Section 236, National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. § 1715z-1);
(3) Section 202, Housing Act of 1959 (12 U.S.C. § 1701q);
(4) Section 101, Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 (12 U.S.C. § 1701s);
(5) Section 514, 515, or 516, Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. § 1484, 1485, or 1486); or
(6) Section 8, United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. § 1437f).
