Terms Used In Texas Government Code 437.160
- Fee simple: Absolute title to property with no limitations or restrictions regarding the person who may inherit it.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The governing body of a county or municipality, on behalf of the county or municipality, may donate real property to the department for use as a Texas military forces facility. The donation may be in fee simple or otherwise.
