Terms Used In Texas Government Code 571.068
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The commission shall assign an account number to each person required to file a statement or report with the commission under a law administered and enforced by the commission.
