Terms Used In Texas Government Code Chapter 2305 > Subchapter C - Financial Provisions
- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Litigation: A case, controversy, or lawsuit. Participants (plaintiffs and defendants) in lawsuits are called litigants.
