Terms Used In Texas Health and Safety Code 103.001
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this chapter:
(1) “Council” means the Texas Diabetes Council.
(2) “Person with diabetes” means a person diagnosed by a physician in accordance with nationally recognized standards as having diabetes.
