- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This chapter applies to any person who possesses unclaimed cremated remains, including a funeral establishment or funeral director licensed under Chapter 651, Occupations Code, a coroner, or a crematory.
