- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not alter or modify a certificate of insurance form approved under Section 1811.101 unless the alteration or modification is approved by the department.
