Terms Used In Texas Insurance Code 4051.403
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Notwithstanding Section 4051.401, a person who holds a general property and casualty license under Subchapter B may write the kinds of insurance described by this subchapter.
