Terms Used In Texas Labor Code 91.011
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not engage in or offer professional employer services in this state unless the person holds a license issued under this chapter.
