Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code 134.154
- Juror: A person who is on the jury.
- Municipality: means a general-law municipality, home-rule municipality, or special-law municipality. See Texas Local Government Code 1.005
Money allocated under § 134.101, 134.102, or 134.103 to the county or municipal jury fund maintained in the county or municipal treasury, as applicable, and as required by § 134.151 may be used by a county or municipality only to fund juror reimbursements and otherwise finance jury services.
