Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code 175.004
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who is entitled to continued coverage under this chapter is entitled to make payments for the coverage at the same time and to the same entity that payments for the coverage are made by current employees of the political subdivision.
