- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person commits an offense if the person violates a regulation adopted under this subchapter. An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or by confinement in county jail for a term of not less than 10 days or more than two years.
