- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not be elected to the board of trustees unless the person is a resident of the district and a registered voter of the county in which the district is located.
