Terms Used In Texas Natural Resources Code 85.045
- Oil: means crude petroleum oil, crude petroleum, and crude oil, and "gas" means natural gas. See Texas Natural Resources Code 85.001
The production, storage, or transportation of oil or gas in a manner, in an amount, or under conditions that constitute waste is unlawful and is prohibited.
