- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The executive director shall give notice of the commission’s order to the person. The notice must:
(1) include the findings of fact and conclusions of law, separately stated;
(2) state the amount of any penalty imposed;
(3) inform the person of the person’s right to judicial review of the order; and
(4) include other information required by law.
