- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person desiring to obtain certification under the program established under this chapter shall file with the commission:
(1) an application in the form prescribed by the commission and containing the information required by the commission; and
(2) the appropriate certification fee.
