Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 201.001
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
(2) “Chiropractor” means a person licensed to practice chiropractic by the board.
