- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The executive council may require a license holder who violates this chapter to participate in a continuing education program. The executive council shall specify the continuing education program that the person may attend and the number of hours that the person must complete to fulfill the requirements of this section.
