- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
On February 1 of each year the comptroller shall pay to the state of Oklahoma 70 percent of the revenue collected from licenses issued under this subchapter during the previous calendar year.
