- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Except as provided by Sections 47.052 and 47.053, a person who violates a provision of this chapter commits an offense that is a Class C Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor.
