Terms Used In Texas Parks and Wildlife Code 47.072
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this subchapter, “license” means a commercial license issued in accordance with a proclamation under this subchapter that authorizes a person to engage in business as a commercial finfish fisherman.
